According to Experian Business Reports, the Fine Line Tattoo in Columbus, Ohio was created in 2007 by Joe Epling, 35, who now lives in Florida. Ohio Secretary of State records show Edward A. Rife as the owner in paperwork. And apparently, the authorities are all over Rife for this debacle. Why? My first thought was that if players wanted to sell their most prized possessions to obtain a tattoo so be it, but according to the local news Fine Line Tattoo is also in trouble for various health code violations and some other legal troubles that the owner pleaded too.
Tattoos . . . even champs will do anything to get 'em! You just gotta love it!
